1. Current website service
The current website lets visitors submit business inquiries about Verify Stride workflows. A submission to /api/inquiries may be screened for email syntax and DNS/MX records and is stored in a private database for operator review.
Submitting an inquiry does not create an account, start a paid service, send SMS, send email, deliver documents, collect signatures, or activate a marketing subscription.
2. Business-use purpose
Verify Stride is presented as a business-to-business workflow inquiry site for SMS verification, account-notification messaging, document delivery, e-signature routing, and follow-up reminders. Any future live service should be used only for lawful business purposes involving recipients the customer is authorized to contact.
3. Inquiry submissions and consent choices
Visitors are responsible for providing accurate inquiry information and should not submit sensitive personal information, regulated documents, payment card data, passwords, or confidential third-party records through the general inquiry form.
SMS consent and email marketing consent checkboxes are optional, independent, and unchecked by default. Selecting either checkbox records the visitor's stated choice with the inquiry; it does not start outbound SMS or email on the current site.
Email screening is limited to syntactic and DNS/MX checks. Verify Stride does not verify that the submitter owns or controls the email address.
4. Future SMS account-notification program
A future Verify Stride SMS account-notification program, if activated, may support verification workflows, document delivery or e-signature routing, status updates, reminders, and support follow-up for business customer journeys. SMS is not active from the current website.
SMS consent would not be required to submit a general website inquiry. Future opt-in language should identify the program purpose, message frequency, message and data rates, STOP opt-out instructions, HELP instructions, support channel, carrier-delivery disclaimer, and links to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery may depend on carrier networks, device settings, number eligibility, filtering, customer configuration, and other factors outside the operator's control.
5. Future email communications
A future live service may send transactional or administrative email related to an inquiry or account relationship after a working email channel is provisioned. Marketing email should be sent only with appropriate permission or another lawful basis and should include an unsubscribe method.
6. Acceptable use
Users of any future service should not use Verify Stride to send deceptive messages, spam, harassment, phishing links, malware, unlawful content, or messages to people they are not authorized to contact. Customers would be responsible for recipient data accuracy, message purpose, consent records, document content, signature routing, and compliance with applicable laws and carrier rules.
7. Documents, signatures, and follow-ups
The site describes possible document delivery and e-signature workflows, but the current website does not deliver documents or collect signatures. If those features are enabled later, customers should ensure documents are appropriate for electronic delivery and signature, recipients are authorized, and legally required disclosures or consents are handled through documented workflows.
Verify Stride should not be treated as legal advice, identity-proofing certification, a notarial service, a document-custody guarantee, a carrier-delivery guarantee, or a promise that any recipient will complete a workflow.
8. Availability, changes, and limits
The operator may modify, suspend, throttle, or discontinue website features to maintain security, address misuse, comply with requirements, or improve the service. Any specific service levels, support commitments, fees, dispute terms, governing law, or account-specific obligations should be stated in separate operator documents.
9. Privacy
The Privacy Policy explains current inquiry collection, use, service providers, retention practices, choices, and the restriction against selling or sharing mobile information or SMS opt-in consent for third-party or affiliate marketing purposes.
10. Contact and operator details
The primary contact method is the inquiry form. Planned support mailbox: support@verifystride.com (not active yet). Mailing address: 16699 Collins ave north miami beach FL 33160.
Verify Stride is operated by Apex Coverage Group LLC. If additional services are activated, the operator may publish additional terms for those services.
